The room at Best Western was spacious and clean, with a comfortable king bed. I appreciated having a microwave and fridge, which made storing snacks and drinks easy. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection each morning and I loved taking food to go for our day trips. Staff members were friendly and always ready to help, especially Sue, who made us feel very welcome. On the downside, the room could have used better lighting. It felt a bit dark and made it hard to see details when checking for cleanliness. Also, I had some trouble using the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. They were a bit awkward and took multiple tries to get a sufficient amount. Location was fantastic, just a short drive to Yellowstone. The area felt safe and had plenty of shops and dining options nearby. Overall, a few minor issues but a pleasant stay overall, helped by excellent service.
